Ant McPartlins ex Lisa Armstrong considering US move as she hits rock bottom
Lisa Armstrong is reportedly considering moving to the US after enduring a "tough" few months following her allege split from boyfriend James Green.
According to reports, the 47-year-old, who works as a makeup artist for the stars of Strictly Come Dancing allegedly split from electrician James in August after dating for three years. Before her relationship with James came to light, Lisa was married to I'm A Celeb presenter Ant McPartlin.
It is now believed Lisa is weighing up her options and thinking about her future as she's "been in a dark place" after enduring a difficult few months. An insider has claimed she is currently using the latest series of Strictly to "distract her" for the time being.

Talking to Closer magazine, a source said: "Lisa's had a really tough time of it recently and she's been in a dark place. While she's got Strictly to distract her now, she hasn't got a lot on her schedule in the months after Christmas and is starting to dread that quiet time when she finally stops and has time to process everything."
In addition to this, the insider said Lisa is in the process of planning a trip to Los Angeles. While in America, she plans to pay a visit to her close pal and former Deuce bandmate Craig Young, as she "loves it" every time she jets out to see him.
The source claimed that Lisa is now considering a permanent stay in the star-studded location. They added: "It could lead to something more permanent – she's debated moving out there before, and now with her recent split she's seriously considering it."
The makeup artist met fellow divorcee James in 2020 which was three years after her highly publicised split from husband of 11 years Ant. The former long-standing couple had been together for more than two decades after meeting on a Smash Hits tour in the 90s.
After their bitter split, Lisa and Ant were officially granted a divorce back in 2018. Since then Ant found love again and moved on with his former PA Anne Marie Corbett. In 2021, Ant and Marie tied the knot.
Reports claim Lisa and James split came out of the blue and rocked the beautician weeks before the new series of Strictly kicked off in September. James allegedly moved his things out of Lisa's £4.5 million mansion not long after their breakup.
