I'm A Celeb fans left 'sobbing' after campmates get letters from home

I’m A Celebrity fans left ‘sobbing’ after the campmates receive their ’emotional’ letters from home: ‘Is someone cutting onions?’

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! viewers were left ‘teary’ on Sunday night, as the campmates received their letters from home.

The stars had to win each other’s letters in a tricky group challenge, where they had to balance a ball along a set of pipes and into the hole before the letters were shredded.Ā

The ten remaining celebrities managed to secure all of them and later by the campfire they read out the emotional messages.

Marvin Humes read out Nick Pickard’s from his partner Sarah, which began: ‘Hi babe, weā€™ve not yet seen any hunger tantrums from you yet.Ā

‘So hereā€™s to you being cured of your midnight feasts. I love you so much and cannot wait to see you.’

Nella Rose began emotional as Danielle Harold read out her letter from godmother Deborah.

It said: ‘Hey Nells, we want you to know just how immensely proud of you we all are. Youā€™re a shining example for all of us. An inspiration in every sense of the word.Ā

‘Every night we get together and watch you take on the scary Trials and challenges. We all miss you so much and cannot wait to give you all big hugs when we see you.’

Fred Sirieix then read Frankie Dettoriā€™s letter from his wife Catherine, which said: ‘Honey, Iā€™ve missed you more than I could ever have imagined.Ā

‘You are doing brilliantly and the fact that you faced two of your biggest fears reminds us of how strong and determined you are.’

Fred’s own letter from his family – read by Nick – said: ‘Hi Papa, we miss seeing your face every day and hearing your loud laugh. But it gives us so much comfort to see you on the TV every evening.’

Josie Gibson read Nigel Farageā€™s letter from his four children that said: ‘To Dad, youā€™ve achieved so much over the years but nothing has made us prouder than showing people who you really are. Why are we not shocked at you effortlessly sinking those dirty pints?’

In return, Nigel read out hers which was from her best friend Mia and her five-year-old son Reggie.Ā

For Danielle her letter was read by Nella and her family had written: ‘Dear Danielle, Iā€™m shocked how many fears you are conquering.Ā

‘Keep being you and let the world see how kind hearted and supportive you are. You and Josie absolutely smashed that Trial, youā€™ve always been our Tinkerbell. We love you, Nan and Grandad, are both so proud of you and watch you every night.’

Sam Thompson read Tony Bellewā€™s letter from wife Rachael, where she had written: ‘Hey Ant, we love you so much and Carson keeps asking for you – sometimes kindness and support has shown the world the real you. I canā€™t believe you did the drinking Trial, donā€™t expect me to kiss you for at least two weeks!’

Tony read Sam’s for him, that was written by his girlfriend Zara McDermott and read: ‘Itā€™s your Goose here. Keep shining, keep lighting up the camp in your special way and know just how beautiful a person everyone thinks you are.’

Rochelle Humes wrote her husband Marvin’s letter for him, which said: ‘Hey baby, Blake is talking so much more and has been telling his friends at nursery that his dad now “works in the jungle”.

‘Itā€™s so weird not having my best mate here. Love Roch, Alaia, Valle and Blake.’

As the campmates began visibly emotional at hearing from their loved ones, fans at home couldn’t help but be touched too.
