Bravur Dedicates a Flaming Red Chronograph for This Year’s Vuelta a España

Bravur’s final Grand Tour offering for the year is the La Vuelta III timepiece, a sporty reference highlighted with bright red accents. The color nods to the iconic “flamme rouge” flag that’s presented in the final kilometer of the Vuelta a España cycling race, which kickstarted on August 26m and will last until September 17.

Housed in a matte black PVD-treated stainless steel case, the chronograph boasts a case diameter of 38.2mm. Fitted with a dome-shape sapphire crystal, the dial plate boasts a white base color that brings out its vibrant-hued markings. The sector dial comes in a vivid red, accompanied by sub-counters and a small seconds indicator in a matching hue. This is complemented by a lume-filled and rhodium-plated handset, and Arabic numerals to ensure legibility in the dark.

On a technical note, the chronograph is geared with 10 ATM water resistance and up to 62 hours of running time. Beating inside the watch is a Swiss-made Sellita SW511b movement that’s equipped with a stop-second device. Hand-built in Sweden, the timepiece is offered with a smooth black leather strap, or with a racing-style rubber strap in red.

Available now via Bravur’s official website, the La Vuelta III Grand Tour Chronograph retails for $2,590 USD.
