Gordon Ramsay divides fans by charging £290 for Christmas dinner without turkey
Gordon Ramsay shows off scrumptious Christmas dinner
Gordon Ramsay is charging customers an eye-watering £290 at one of his luxury London restaurants to eat a Christmas Dinner.
The flagship restaurant, Petrus by Gordon Ramsay, which is located in South West London, is serving up the classic festive meal without turkey or drinks included.
That means a family of four diners would have to pay roughly £1,160 in total for the festive dining experience.
The Christmas Day sample menu includes lobster raviolo and Aynhoe Park deer, and for dessert guests can indulge in a fancy chocolate cake.
The pricey meal has divided fans with some taking to social media to share their opinions.
Mark shared Gordon’s famous ‘Idiot Sandwich’ meme while Kris hit back: “He’s a Michelin star chef I’m sure it’s not going to be like Toby carvery, so it’s probably worth it.”

Last year, a different restaurant owned by the TV chef offered a Christmas Dinner option at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay which charged diners £275 per person.
With confit egg and lobster ravioli on the menu, once again drinks were extra and there wasn’t any sign of turkey as an option.
If diners want an even more memorable experience, you could have paid £675 for a New Year’s Dinner at the same triple Michelin-starred flagship restaurant.
The meal would set you back £400, with extra wine pairings to bring in the New Year which totals to £275 per person.
If you could afford it, you’d be treated with Orkney scallops, duck tea, roast veal sweetbread and Dover sole.
Restaurant Gordon Ramsay was previously named the third most expensive eatery in the world, according to MailOnline.

For a completely different festive meal, customers can head to Gordon’s Lucky Cat in Manchester or Mayfair which are both open on Christmas Day.
Diners will need to pay £175 per person for their meal. As they are both Asian restaurants, once again there is no turkey on the menu.
Customers can instead enjoy Korean black cod or a sashimi selection.
