<\/p>\nLouis Theroux has revealed he\u2019s shaved his entire eyebrows off – and fans soon reacted to his new look.<\/p>\n
The TV favourite has been open about his battle with alopecia – which causes hair loss. Earlier this year the broadcaster told his followers he "probably" has the condition after experiencing hair loss in his beard.<\/p>\n
Louis, famous for his animated facial expressions, then issued another update in November. He showed fans that his eyebrows had also been affected.<\/p>\n

Now, the journalist has revealed he\u2019s shaved both of his eyebrows off completely. Taking to his Instagram on Friday (December 15) Louis shared a slew of snaps as well as a video of him shaving his entire face. <\/p>\n

Pulling a face for the camera, Louis showed off his eyebrow-less face, and in the video he could be seen rubbing a shaver over his cheeks, eyebrows and forehead. In the caption he wrote: \u201cCan you tell what's different?<\/p>\n
\u201cI've shaved off my eyebrows! I'm also thinking about getting microblading soon. In the meanwhile I figure no eyebrows is better than patchy eyebrows. Do you agree?\u201d he added, along with hashtags of alopecia, no brows and no brows no problem.<\/p>\n

Fans of Louis were quick to rush to the comments section to share their thoughts, with many rallying round the TV favourite. One person wrote: \u201cIs this your Britney meltdown?\u201d Someone else then added: \u201cEveryone loves you with or without your eyebrows Louis.\u201d A third also quipped: \u201cLouis' Britney moment. Let us pray for his safe passage through this period.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another fan chimed in and wrote: \u201cYou\u2019re a wonderful human with or without eyebrows!\u201da fifth penned: \u201clouis you are so much more than eyebrows As long as the passport thingo at airports still recognises you, you're good to let it be!\u201d<\/p>\n
In July, Louis first told fans that he was starting to lose his eyebrows. He wrote in a post: \u201cOh jeez it looks like the alopecia has migrated up to my eyebrow. <\/p>\n

\u201cI realise you aren't all awaiting every update on its progress but I want people to acclimatise to the new partially depilated me and not freak everyone out by suddenly appearing in public like a half-plucked elephant bird with no forewarning.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added: \u201cSo this is where we're at. I'd really like to keep my eyebrows, but it's out of my hands at this point\u2026 tho I have started taking vitamin d and something called biotin.\u201d<\/p>\n
