Styled UK share tips on best interior colour combinations

House hunting can be a stressful process, having to constantly weigh the pros and cons, but one home’s property pictures had people wondering if you can have too much of a good thing.

The five-bedroom family home in Middlesex was listed for £1.3million. It had bright spaces, a conservatory leading to a patio area, and spacious rear garden, and many, many plug sockets.

In the age of modern technology, where everyone owns at least one device that requires charging daily, surely multiple plugs would be a good thing?

This house flipped that theory on its head as it took its sockets game to a whole other level, making people question what the previous owners were using the house for.

In 2019, Toby Davies, posted images of the property, airing his concerns about the interior quirks on Twitter, now known as X. His post went viral with more than 6000 likes.

He sarcastically said: “Thinking about buying this house, but I’m not sure it has enough plug sockets.”

Attaching multiple images of the home to his tweet, the satirically comment did not go unnoticed.

The number of sockets on the wall gave Starbucks a run for their money with sockets lining every single wall.

The house undeniably had more sockets than anyone would ever need inside a home. Social media users were baffled and wondered if the owners had ever laid eyes on a multi-plug adapter or an extension lead.

Others wondered what the family home could have been used for.
