Referencing a screenshot from Stanley Kubrick’s film “Eyes Wide Shut,” the artwork juxtaposes the mundane with provocative intimacies, shedding light on today’s perceptions of sensuality and familiarity.<\/p>\n Roberts’ use of elongated and meticulously crafted figures invites viewers into a surreal realm, blurring the lines between familiarity and detachment.
