TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou has been left heartbroken following the death of her beloved grandma.<\/p>\n

The Towie star, 32, shared the news<\/span> last night alongside a touching video of some of their memories together and revealed she had been there for her last moments.<\/p>\n

Georgia had previously spoke about her grandma living with dementia \u2013 and how difficult it has been.<\/p>\n

In a moving caption, Georgia \u2013 who called her grandma in Greek \u2013 wrote: \u201cToday we lost our darling yai yai oh how our hearts<\/span> are broken.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe most loving beautiful women I have ever known . Her love & warmth we will never forget . I\u2019m so thankful you were ours .<\/p>\n

In the past Georgia spoke about her grandma\u2019s dementia and revealed she moved to the UK once she needed more help.<\/p>\n

She said: It's so difficult when you have a family member that doesn't even know who you are.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe person is there, so you're trying to get your mind around the fact they're there but their mind has gone. Dementia is a massive thing in my family.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mum's Nan had it and my Greek Nan has got it now, she's actually in a home and it's the saddest thing.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt's not a normal thing to deal with. I have really struggled with my Nan having it.\u201d<\/p>\n
