[clapping emojis].&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The comic actress, 66, suffers from osteoarthritis, a painful condition that affects joints and can cause stiffness.<\/p>\n<p>Dawn also took to Instagram to share her post-operation update with her other 849,000 followers, writing: &#8220;It&#8217;s done. New knee is in.
