RICHARD Madeley reckons he knows the real reason behind why Nella Rose\u2019s furiously turned on Fred Sirieix.<\/p>\n

I'm A Celebrity viewers were stunned last night as Nella slammed the First Dates host as a "weirdo" and told him they would "never be friends".<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

It came after Fred offended Nella – who lost both her parents – by saying he was old enough to be her father.<\/p>\n

Nella is facing huge backlash over the short-tempered exchange – and Good Morning Britain presenter Richard is convinced it's because she's hungry.<\/p>\n

His GMB co-star Susanna said today: "It just shows that you're in there for a couple of days, you haven't had enough to eat."<\/p>\n

Richard added: "That's the point, you haven't had enough to eat, honestly."<\/p>\n

Susanna,: "Richard, you just mentioned there, the hanger [hungry and angry] that you get because of course you were in the castle."<\/p>\n

Richard was forced to leave I'm A Celebrity 2021 in Wales after ten days following a minor health scare and breaking the covid bubble.<\/p>\n

"It could have that you were hungry, then?", Susanna suggested.<\/p>\n

Richard replied: "It might have been. It was low blood sugar and dehydration. <\/p>\n

"When you're in there, you are very consciously controlling your ill temper. <\/p>\n

"You are ill tempered when you're hungry. I imagine with something like this, emotional with her father, it's made Nella burst."<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Nellae\u00a0revealed how\u00a0both of her parents died\u00a0within the space of just four years of each other.<\/p>\n

In 2016, the popular\u00a0YouTuber told fans that her mother Eseho Omolongo had "passed away in her arms".<\/p>\n

It hasn't been revealed what her cause of death was, but\u00a0Nella\u00a0told her followers that her mum had "been ill for a long time".<\/p>\n

She has not gone into detail about her father's death.<\/p>\n
