POPULAR BBC show Gardeners' World has been pulled off air for the second week running.<\/p>\n

Fronted by Monty Don and his team, the show will not air in its regular Friday evening slot.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

The programme has become staple viewing on BBC Two for many but they will be left saddened to see the programme has been booted from the air.<\/p>\n

Viewers hoping to tune in to get their latest fix of gardening hacks<\/span> will be left bitterly disappointed at the decision.<\/p>\n

It is the second week in a row that the show has failed to air as usual.<\/p>\n

Last Friday the show was also taken off air in a blow to fans.<\/p>\n

Monty Don's American Gardens will instead replace the long-running series this week at 8pm.<\/p>\n

Across a series of episodes, the gardening star will make his way across the States to check out some of the most interesting and unique gardens they have to offer.<\/p>\n

It will see him travel to places such as New York and Philadelphia in a bid to broaden his horizons.<\/p>\n

This Friday will see the second instalment of the new programme with the first episode being available to stream on BBC iPlayer.<\/p>\n

It comes as Monty recently opened up on walking away from the show that made him a household name.<\/p>\n

The TV favourite admitted in a new interview with\u00a0The Guardian\u00a0that he will quit the programme within the\u00a0next\u00a0five years, much to the disappointment of his beloved fans.<\/p>\n

Monty\u00a0has appeared on the programme for the last 20 years having made his debut on the show in 2003.<\/p>\n
