Along with Ringo Starr, Sir Paul tells the story of the last ever Beatles song Now And Then, out today.<\/p>\n

The track was written and sung by John Lennon, developed and worked on by Paul, Ringo and George Harrison, and has now been finally finished by Paul and Ringo over four decades later.<\/p>\n

And a 12-minute documentary \u201cNow And Then \u2013 The Last Beatles Song\u201d has been released to show how the single was created.<\/p>\n

It began in 1979 when John recorded a demo with vocals and piano at home in New York \u2013 a year before he was shot dead. In 1994, his widow Yoko, gave the tape to Paul, George and Ringo, who recorded their parts.<\/p>\n

New techniques by Get Back director Peter Jackson helped clean up the singing so it can now be released.<\/p>\n
