Kevin Abstract has shared another track leading up to the release of his third studio album Blanket<\/em>. The new song is called \u201cRunning Out\u201d and sees the artist continue to lean into his rock era.<\/p>\n Compared to the more noisy, heavy rock approach of his other recent releases, \u201cRunning Out\u201d plays into a laid-back style of indie rock. On the song, Abstract muses about running letting go of a certain version of himself, perhaps the version the world came to know as the frontman of Brockhampton.<\/p>\n \u201cI had a lot of reservations \/ Saw God in my creations \/ I ain’t recognize my graduation,\u201d he sings.<\/p>\n \u201cRunning Out\u201d follows the previously released “What Should I Do?,\u201d as well as the album\u2019s title track \u201cBlanket.\u201d For the single, Abstract enlisted fellow Brockhampton member Romil Hemnani, along with Jonah Abraham, John Carroll Kirby and Carlton McDowell.<\/p>\n Stream Kevin Abstract\u2019s new single \u201cRunning Out.\u201d Blanket<\/em> is out in full on November 3.<\/p>\n
