Amsterdam-based streetwear brand, La Fam has tapped rapper A$AP TyY for a collaborative capsule collection.<\/p>\n
Designed with A$AP TyY and his collective, A$AP Mob\u2019s signature styles in mind, the garments are crafted with the intention to bring back the mood and feel of the collective during their rise in the 2010s. As a result, the collection comprises iconic streetwear silhouettes ranging from a varsity bomber jacket, a hoodie, sweatpants, and a long-sleeve t-shirt to caps. All the pieces are emblazoned with embroidered motifs and co-branding, all the while still aligning with the two parties\u2019 quintessential aesthetics.<\/p>\n
The hero piece of the drop is the varsity bomber \u2014 arriving in a monochromatic color palette, the bodice features a woolen construction, while the sleeves boast a shiny, leathery finish. Elasticized rib knits are implemented along the hem, cuffs, and collar in silvery-gray and black stripes. While the two parties\u2019 logos adorn the front, the sleeves feature a two-tone American flag as well as the explanation for the A$AP acronym in embroidery form.<\/p>\n
Starting October 26, the jacket will be released in a limited batch and available for purchase via La Fam. Meanwhile, the rest of the collection will be released gradually in the coming months. Keep an eye out on La Fam\u2019s social media and website for more updates.<\/p>\n
