Rylan Clark has admitted he could improve in the bedroom as he shared insight into his sex life.<\/p>\n
The former Big Brother contestant, 34, had been discussing his new raunchy Channel 4 show on Tuesday\u2019s Loose Women made he made the frank confession.<\/p>\n
While explaining the premise of Sex Rated, which invites single people\u2019s exes to rate their performances between the sheets, the former It Takes Two host confessed: \u2018I\u2019m sure that everyone, me included, have things we could work on in the bedroom.\u2019<\/p>\n
Rylan, who has previously admitted the show, set for release later this year, had left him questioning his career.<\/p>\n
\u2018The point of the show is people come on and we talk about their sex life,\u2019 he told the\u00a0Tea at Four\u00a0podcast, co-hosted by friends Lauren and Christie.<\/p>\n
Continuing, Rylan gave details about the series: \u2018We also get their exes to rate them and, as you can imagine, some ratings aren\u2019t what they expected it to be.\u2019<\/p>\n

He then revealed the moment that had him wondering what he\u2019d signed up for: \u2018It\u2019s not a horrible thing, but there are some jaw-dropping moments.\u2019<\/p>\n
\u2018At one point I did question myself when a sex swing came down from the ceiling.\u2019<\/p>\n
Rylan is single after his divorce from husband Dan Neal, with the split leading to the star suffering with his mental health and even\u00a0experiencing heart failure.\u00a0<\/p>\n

However, Rylan, who was forced to take a break from work to recover from his ordeal, has said he is optimistic about his romantic future.<\/p>\n
During his book talk, An Evening With Rylan Clark, at\u00a0London\u2019s Royal Festival Hall last week, an audience member told the presenter: \u2018You really deserve to be happy and I hope you\u2019re not going to give up on [love].\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n
Rylan then reassured with a quip: \u2018I\u2019m not giving up on that \u2013 I\u2019ve learned to get a prenup.\u2019<\/p>\n
