Taylor Swift<\/b> has called on her fans to register to vote in the upcoming midterm elections. <\/p>\n
“Are you registered to vote yet?” the global superstar asked her fans in a statement posted on her Instagram Stories<\/i>. <\/p>\n
“I’ve been so lucky to see so many of you at my US shows recently,” Swift said, referring to her Eras Tour. “I’ve heard you raise your voices, and I know how powerful they are. Make sure you’re ready to use them in our elections this year!”<\/p>\n
“Register to vote in less than 2 minutes at vote.org\/nvrd,” the 33-year-old singer concluded the message that she wrote on National Voter Registration Day.<\/p>\n
In a similar call she made in July, Swift urged her fans to vote in Nashville’s mayoral election. <\/p>\n
Swift, who has won a dozen Grammy awards, has more than 272 million followers on Instagram<\/i>.<\/p>\n
