Mizuno, known for its wide range of quality sporting equipment and focus performance-tech products has unveiled its latest sneaker offering, a set of three pairs dubbed the Nomad Pack. The pack is inspired by Icelandic Highlands and Yosemite Park Valley, acting as a tribute to free spirits and social travelers.

The three different silhouettes, all of which are treated with “SilverCloud,” “WhiteSand,” and “Cedar” details, include the Wave Mujin TL, Wave Prophecy LS and Wave Rider Beta.

Taking a closer look at the Wave Mujin TL, which adopts designer, Tuan Lee’s initials as a series-determining suffix, we see a shoe that combines age-old sketches with an extra grippy Michelin outsole for ultimate function with a sleek look. The pair represents the sixth installment in the Mujin-line.

As for the Wave Prophecy LS, it derives from Mizuno’s back catalog of bolder silhouettes and is based on Yoshitaka Takahashi’s Wave Prophecy 8 — which combines futuristic design elements of the brand’s Infinity Wave midsole with AIRmesh for breathability.

Last but not least is the Wave Rider Beta, this pair draws inspiration from the wider Wave Rider range and is a brand-new silhouette that sits on Mizuno’s Wave Rider 27 sole unit, one of the brand’s best-selling running shoes. Further inspiration for the pair is taken from the eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh Wave Rider iterations.

Set to release today, September 22, at select Mizuno authorized retailers, pricing for the Nomad Pack silhouettes are as follows: Wave Rider Beta at $196 USD, Wave Mujin TL at $208 USD and the Wave Prophecy LS at $276 USD. More information on availability can be found at Mizuno Sportstyle’s official social channel.
