TOHO just shared a new visual for the upcoming Godzilla Minus One, offering the official first full-body reveal of the titular Kaiju.

Godzilla has had a number of adaptations over the years, with the Kaiju’s design varying from each medium. In TOHO’s image for Godzilla Minus One, it appears that the legendary King of the Monsters is returning with a new look that harks back to its classic design. Honoring its signature reptilian visage, long and sweeping tail, as well as its upright, tough, and robust physique, the new Godzilla is further elevated to induce a menacing demeanor that is both modern and timeless.

Godzilla Minus One will make its theater debut in Japan on November 3, a day that is celebrated as “Godzilla Day” in commemoration of the franchise’s first movie release back in 1954. Starting December 1, the film will also be available for viewing in theaters across the U.S.
