The star of Mrs Brown's Boys is set to make another movie.<\/p>\n

Brendan O\u2019Carroll has had secret talks about reprising his role as the matriarch for a new comedy.<\/p>\n

Last year, he teamed up with Hollywood superstar Tyler Perry on wacky flick A Madea Homecoming and it was such a hit for Netflix they are already planning to do another film together.<\/p>\n

It would see Brendan returning as Mrs Brown, with Tyler back as Mabel \u201cMadea\u201d Simmons, right.<\/p>\n

Brendan told Daily Star Sunday: \u201cMadea Homecoming was a huge \u00adsuccess, so we are looking at doing another one.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cThe idea is for them to go on safari this time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brendan loves working with Emmy award-winner Tyler.<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cI get on really well with Tyler. We\u2019re good mates.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brendan has made Mrs Brown one of the most successful comedy characters ever.<\/p>\n

Over the years he\u2019s made 47 episodes of Mrs Brown\u2019s Boys and done a string of live tours around the world.<\/p>\n

Brendan said: \u201cI\u2019d love to say that I\u2019m so clever that I had a plan for all of this to happen. But I didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

\u201cNobody is more surprised about my success than I am.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mother used to say, \u2018Success is like disco music\u2026 don\u2019t analyse it, just f***ing dance to it.\u2019 So I\u2019ve been dancing for the past 20 years!\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite its continued success, the mere sight of the show on TV schedules is enough to have viewers switching off.<\/p>\n

Some even said 2023 had been "ruined" just hours into the new year because the show was airing.<\/p>\n

But Brendan has said he "doesn't give a f***" if the show upsets people \u2013 so that's that.<\/p>\n

The latest series of Mrs Brown\u2019s Boys continues on Friday at 9.30pm on BBC One.<\/p>\n
