The 62-year-old shared snap of her showing off her incredibly toned behind. <\/p>\n

Carol\u00a0pouted her lips as she took a mirror selfie showing off her perky bum in a pair of red skin-tight leggings with a zip at the front.<\/p>\n
She teamed the sizzling look with a knitted white cropped jumper. <\/p>\n
The star left her golden blonde hair down and styled with plenty of volume and very loose waves at the ends. <\/p>\n
She captioned the\u00a0Instagram\u00a0post: "Back in Cardiff for my radio show BBC Radio Wales. Welsh Rugby Union vs Portugal later today, come on Cymru. So in my red."<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n A fourth wrote: "Beautiful as always Carol!"<\/p>\n A fifth commented: "You look stunning in red."<\/p>\n It comes after Carol came under fire from fans for using real snakes as part of a TV segment recently.<\/p>\n The presenter, 62, underwent a bizarre beauty treatment which involved her being \u2018massaged\u2019 by the reptiles as she stood in to host\u00a0Steph\u2019s Packed Lunch.<\/p>\n She was left screaming as producers placed four snakes on her back, with the reptiles supposed to release endorphins and massage her skin.<\/p>\n As\u00a0Carol\u00a0lay down for the treatment, she made clear she wasn't feeling relaxed in the slightest.<\/p>\n She exclaimed: "It's not massaging me at all! That's horrible.
