Following the news of CITV shutting down for good, Coronation Street star Samia Longchambon has shared an epic throwback picture, featuring several Corrie and EastEnders legends at the beginning of their careers.<\/p>\n

The Maria Connor actress took to Instagram to share a picture of the cast of popular kids TV show The Ward, which was previously known as Children\u2019s Ward, reflecting on the \u2018special memories\u2019 she made working on it.<\/p>\n

Children\u2019s Ward ran on CITV from 1989 until 2000, and kickstarted the careers of countless soap and drama stars.<\/p>\n

Samia wasn\u2019t the only soap star to appear, with fellow Corrie star Jane Danson, who plays Leanne Battersby, also popping up in the photo.<\/p>\n

They were joined by EastEnders actor Danny Dyer, who played Mick Carter on the BBC soap between 2013 and 2022.<\/p>\n
