Janette Manrara explains her baby is a little unwell<\/h3>\n

New mum Janette Manrara has revealed she is now turning to \u201cgross\u201d methods to make sure her newborn daughter Lyra Rose is feeling as comfortable as possible while dealing with sickness.<\/p>\n

Janette, 39, who shares her first baby with Strictly co-star Aljaz Skorjanec, 33, took to Instagram to share the update, explaining Lyra had been struggling with a \u201csnotty\u201d nose.<\/p>\n

She began: \u201cHi team, reporting here with Lyra. So she\u2019s a little bit snotty, which happens, babies get snot.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former Strictly Come Dancing pro then showed off a device to the camera, which allows parents to suck the snot away from their baby\u2019s nostrils, which the star had previously insisted she would never use.<\/p>\n

Janette admitted: \u201cI remember when I first saw this thing, I thought to myself, \u2018absolutely not, I\u2019m not going to suck her nose boogers out!\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd now that she\u2019s actually got it, I use this all the time. I\u2019m like, I wish I could snot more of it out!<\/p>\n

\u201cSo this has been a little bit of a lifesaver for her, bless her, for the last two days. She\u2019s not feeling very good but it\u2019s ok, and the weather\u2019s not been great, which doesn\u2019t help.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut yeah, I remember the day I saw this and I thought, \u2018absolutely not, that is so gross\u2019 and now I\u2019m like, \u2018can I get more of her snot out?\u2019<\/p>\n

Oh yeah, and she peed on me yesterday, and I didn\u2019t mind at all!\u201d Janette laughed.<\/p>\n

The It Takes Two host went on to share another very candid video of herself cuddling Lyra, as the BBC star had visible tears in her eyes.<\/p>\n

The overwhelmed mum-of-one captioned the moment: \u201cHer little cooing sounds! I cannot cope. Tear in my eye as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe hormones are still strong but so is my love for this little human.\u201d<\/p>\n

After dreaming of becoming parents, Janette and Aljaz welcomed Lyra Rose in July.<\/p>\n

Janette previously admitted to Express.co.uk that she felt relieved when she was offered the presenting job on It Takes Two, as her career as a professional dancer didn\u2019t allow her time to become a mum.<\/p>\n
