Britney Spears' estranged husband Sam Sam Asghari would often 'disappeared for months' at a time, when he was away on work projects as a model or actor.<\/p>\n

The couple's split came to light over the past week, with both confirming it on their Instagram pages – although not with a joint statement.<\/p>\n

According to US publication, Page Six, Britney, 41, and Sam, 29, had 'been living apart for months' prior to their official split, which came little over a year since they tied the knot. <\/p>\n

A source told Page Six: "Britney wanted a fairytale and she didn't get it."<\/p>\n

The source went on to say that Britney "paid for everything" and the couple "went everywhere on a private jet" when they went on "high-end vacations".<\/p>\n

The insider continued: \u201cHe would just disappear for months to go filming and she would be left all alone. There were times when he would just get up and go.\u201d<\/p>\n

A few days after news broke that Iranian-American model and actor Sam had filed for divorce, the iconic pop singer spoke out as she shared a long and emotional statement on Instagram, along with a video of herself in neon green underwear and a black crop top as she danced in her house.<\/p>\n

In the lengthy post, the singer opened up and said: \u201cAs everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

In a heartfelt statement, Britney revealed that six years is a \u201clong time to be with someone\u201d and that she is \u201ca little shocked\u201d, however, discusses that she is \u201cnot here to explain\u201d as it is \u201cnobody\u2019s business\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Britney, who was famously under a conservatorship for 13 years, explained she would \u201clove to show\u201d her \u201cemotions and tears\u201d on how she really feels, but said she feels like she had to \u201chide\u201d her \u201cweaknesses\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf I wasn\u2019t my dad\u2019s strong soldier, I would be sent away to places to get fixed by doctors !!! But that\u2019s when I needed family the most !!! You\u2019re supposed to be loved unconditionally \u2026 not under conditions !!!!\u201d<\/p>\n
