Yellowstone season four will be arriving on The Paramount Network soon, on November 7. The new instalment of the Western melodrama will reveal who targeted the Dutton family in a series of surprise attacks. Fans have suggested it could have been Mo (played by Mo Brings Plenty), due to his connection to Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham).

Did Mo order the attacks on the Duttons?

Yellowstone fans have been left on the edge of their seats as they await answers as to who wanted the Dutton family dead.

In the season three finale, John Dutton (Kevin Costner) was shot at the roadside, and he is expected to be found by ranch and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser).

Viewers are also waiting to find out how badly Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) was injured following an explosion at her office.

Meanwhile, Kayce (Luke Grimes) was left to fend off a group of gunmen and his fate was left hanging in the balance.

The one question on everyone’s minds is who was responsible for orchestrating the attacks on the family.

While Thomas Rainwater has been a prime suspect for some time, other viewers have hinted at another rival.

Mo is Rainwater’s right-hand man in the series and he has appeared in all three seasons so far.

The driver has been named as a potential suspect by fans on Reddit, and they have shared their thoughts online.

One said: “It’s not Jaime, too obvious. It’s Mo!! When Blue Thunder was giving her speech to Rainwater she looked at Mo and said something like is the warrior read to take bake his land.

“Mo has the skill set to pull this off. The van was an older model that looks like a Rez van. Didn’t see what happened to Kasey.

“My money on Mo without Rainwater knowing about it.” [Sic] There is a chance Mo could have gone behind his boss’s back to gain power.

Another fan said: “A possibility, for real. But, I’d think only for the attack on John.

“An old van driving the road leading to Yellowstone, a lucky chance for them that John stopped to help a woman with a flat tire.

“But I think Roarke, Market Equities, hit Beth and Kayce. Season 4 can’t get here soon enough!”

Another viewer added: “Hadn’t thought about this as a possibility. Definitely an interesting take and plausible for sure. My money was on the market equities people but now I’m reconsidering.”

Many fans believe the attacks were carried out by more than one group, and a number of suspects have been named.

Jamie Dutton (Wes Bentley), Garrett Randall (Will Patton), Roarke (Josh Holloway) and Willa Hayes (Karen Pittman) are all likely culprits.

Each has their own reasons for wanting to see the Dutton ranch fall, including Jamie, who has never connected well with his adoptive family.

His real father, Garrett, suggested he should “kill the king” in order to gain power and take control of the family ranch.

Willa and Roarke have also expressed their hatred for the family on more than one occasion, making them both prime suspects.

The official Yellowstone Instagram account has shared a chilling new teaser video for the upcoming season.

The video shows an ariel view of a flowing stream, and a gunshot is heard in the distance.

Some eerie music plays and a cowboy hat is seen floating in the water, followed by a stream of blood.

The words: “Every.Body.Pays” then appear, and fans have shared their thoughts on who may die.

Many are under the impression that hat belongs to Walker (Ryan Bingham), a former prisoner who was given a second chance at the ranch.

Fans will have to wait and see who will meet their demise in November.

Yellowstone season 4 will air on The Paramount Network on November 7.
