ROSE McGowan shot to fame as an actress known for Charmed and Scream.
But since her rise to fame she has used her high-profile Hollywood status as a means to campaign for women's rights.

The 45-year-old grew up in the States, but was born in Tuscany, Italy, on September 5, 1973.

Rose is best-known for her role as Paige Matthews in the WB supernatural drama Charmed, between 2001 and 2006.
What is Rose's net worth?
Rose has a fortune of around $3million (£2.1million).
This is largely down to her acting roles.
However, she also made money from her explosive 2018 memoir, Brave.
What movies has Rose been in?
Rose's film career was at its height in the 1990s.
She made her film debut in 1992 comedy Encino Man.
However the actress found wider fame after starring in 1996 flick Scream.

What did Rose McGowan say about Harvey Weinstein?
In a series of tweets on October 12 2017, Rose said Weinstein raped her and Amazon Studios ignored her complaints.
She tweeted: "I told the head of your studio that HW raped me. Over & over I said it. He said it hadn't been proven. I said I was the proof."
Rose reportedly reached a settlement with Weinstein after a hotel room encounter during the Sundance Film Festival.
It was alleged that she was paid £70,000 by the producer over an incident in the 1990s.
In January 2018, Weinstein broke his silence to deny the allegations made by Rose against him.
Following Rose's allegations more than 80 women had made allegations against Weinstein by October 31, 2017.
The allegations sparked the #MeToo social media campaign and many sexual abuse allegations against (and dismissals of) powerful men around the world.
Weinstein was arrested and charged with rape in New York in May 2018.
He was found guilty of two of five felonies in February 2020, and was sentenced to 23 years in prison.
