Fox News personality Kat Timpf married Cameron Friscia in May after meeting him on the dating app Raya, but wasn’t sure how their relationship would unfold, per People. However, things changed, including her views on love.
“When I fell in love with Cam, though, I realized how wrong I was [about it] because I felt more free than I ever have in my entire life. Knowing that I have his support and love, I am more fully myself and I am myself more confidently than I ever thought I could be,” she told People. Timpf added that she’s “having the time of her life with him” and is “excited” about their future together, which might include children in a few years. “He has changed me for the better and it’s the best feeling in the world,” she said.
It’s obvious Timpf and Friscia are living in newlywed bliss, but have you ever wondered who Friscia really is? Keep reading for the scoop.
Kat Timpf's husband served in the military
Kat Timpf’s husband Cameron Friscia enlisted in the military after the 9/11 attacks, according to The Sun. It seems Friscia took his job seriously and served as an Assistant Operation Officer, Executive Assistant to Brigade Commander, and Company Executive Officer. Friscia often reflects on his time in the military, as he wrote on Instagram on Memorial Day in 2016: “Even though the years continue to pass since the last time I wore a uniform, the sacrifices of a few stay with me everyday.”
In 2014, he left the armed forces and found a new career as a broker at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., per The Sun. He is reportedly a “research associate” at Coatue Management. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their French bulldog Carl and cat Cheens. The couple traveled to Dallas in June and also celebrated at a Pride event with Andy Cohen. Although he doesn’t post too much of his wife on social media, it’s clear these two are happy they found each other.
