We're used to seeing Josie Gibson out and about on This Morning, surprising viewers with prizes or testing out thrill-seeker rides, which often have her screaming in fright.
But this week, Josie has been centre stage on the popular morning show, stepping in to cover for a poorly Holly Willoughby, alongside show stalwart Phillip Schofield.
The bubbly star, who found fame when she won Big Brother in 2010, has stayed down to earth since moving from being reality TV to presenting, as she showed when she shared with fans an adorable throwback snap to when she was a baby.
The resurfaced baby snap, in which baby Josie poses next to a garden statue, was accompanied by the caption: "Been a porker since 1985."
The star has won over plenty of fans with her This Morning hosting skills – with many viewers calling for her to be given a regular spot presenting the whole show.
During her years in the spotlight, Josie has also won support for her candid interviews and honesty, having previously discussed weight and body image on numerous occasions.
This year the Bristol-born star joined forces with WW – the new name for Weight Watchers – and celebrated wearing her size 14 jeans again.
She said: “Hello guys, I cannot tell you how happy I am. You know, all these lockdowns, the pandemic has been very stressful.
“How I handle stress is I eat. I’ve always done it and I went up to a size 18.
“You just get to the point where you look in the mirror and don’t even recognise who you’re looking at anymore.”
“I was a 18. This morning I’ve just squeezed on a pair of size 14s. I’m so happy, so happy.
“Don’t get me wrong, they’re a bit tight, but to go from a size 18… these did not fit me before and to squeeze back into my 14s, I haven’t been doing it that long.”
Josie got together with fellow Big Brother housemate John James Parton in the house but it was with later partner Terry that the star became a mum, giving birth to her beloved son Reggie-James, in 2018.
And Josie previously admitted that motherhood took its toll, saying: “I put on around four-and-a-half stone while I was pregnant with my son, Reggie.”
But this year, the single mum has relished pushing herself with a new regime, including following a healthy diet, drinking more water and doing 30 to 45 minutes of exercise.
Since she started her regular appearances on This Morning at the start of 2020, viewers have loved the way Josie sends herself up – dressing up as a traffic cone or a postbox to surprise competition winners.
And it’s that down to earth sense of fun that made more than 2,000 followers – including fellow Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha – ‘like’ Josie’s playful baby picture when she shared it with the world.
