Strictly's Maisie Smith wears big fluffy green slippers as she leaves flat ahead of live show

STRICTLY'S Maisie Smith today was spotted wearing big fluffy green slippers as she left her flat ahead of the live show.

The 19-year-old actress will be taking on the American Smooth to Into The Unknown from Frozen II with her dance partner Gorka Marquez tonight.

The celebrities will be taking on Movie Week, with Maisie already tipped to win the series.

Today she looked happy and relaxed as she headed for a final rehearsal before taking to the dancefloor this evening.

The teenage star looked casual before getting glammed up for tonight's performance.

Dressed in a baggy grey hoodie with white tracksuit bottoms and the huge slippers she got into a waiting car.

She completed the look with mandatory face mask

Yesterday, The Sun exclusively Maisie has refused to rule out a romance with her fellow contestant HRVY.

The soap star was linked to the 21-year-old singer before they joined the show.

Quizzed about a possible relationship with the handsome pop star, real name Harvey Cantwell, she told us: “Not right now. He is a beautiful-looking guy.

"But I have only seen him for a couple of hours a week so I am still enjoying getting to know him.

"I don’t know what would happen in the future, but for now we are getting along really well as friends.”

HRVY, on the other hand, has been gushing about his pretty co-star over the past three weeks, describing her as “beautiful” and “lovely”.

In his weekly column for OK! magazine, he wrote: "I've actually seen her the least out of everyone because she's not been in any of my rehearsal spaces.

"But yeah, Maisie really is so lovely and beautiful – she's a really good friend of mine and I think she's an amazing dancer."

HRVY went on to add: "Not a lot can really happen between us because we have to be two metres apart, but I am a little excited to see how things blossom."

It’s not hard to see why the wannabe Romeo has taken such a shine to Maisie.

Despite being this year's youngest contestant, she has already become the favourite to win the Glitterball trophy.

Her rhythm on the dancefloor has led to her topping the leader board for two weeks running.

Just three weeks in, Maisie already appears to be a natural — but she reveals she has been suffering from stage fright that she disguises using her acting skills.

She says: “I am putting on the biggest performance of my life every week just covering up my nerves.

“If I go wrong filming for EastEnders, I can do it again. But with this you just have to go with it. My face makes it look like I might be finding it easy. I come across as confident, but inside I am struggling."
