Stacey Dooley joked her Strictly Come Dancing win was easy because there wasn't much in the way of competition.
The investigative journalist, who won Strictly 2018 with her partner turned boyfriend Kevin Clifton, quipped that her fellow celebrities "weren't up to much last year".
Stacey, 32, appeared on Sunday Brunch to discuss this year's line-up after filming for the Strictly launch show with Kev.
Revealing her pet name for her boyfriend is "King Kev", Stacey stayed tight-lipped when it came to talking about his partner for the upcoming series.
"I know everyone going to say this is painfully predictable, but not a lot's gone on yet because it's just started," she told hosts Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer.
"I've met all the celebs – it's a real lovely crowd actually, a really, really nice gang. Anneka Rice is [lovely]."
"Yeah, last year's line-up was terrible," Tim cut in.
"They weren't up to much last year," Stacey laughed.
Asked who she thought could win, the documentary-maker said: "I love Mike Bushell, he's just an angel, he's so enthusiastic. I can't tell you [who his partner is].
"There's no baddies, they're all great. They'll all do well," she added.
Stacey also paid tribute to fellow guest (and Strictly winner) Jay McGuiness, who swept away the Glitterball trophy in 2015 with Aliona Vilani.
"Everyone raves about your jive," she said of his legendary Misirlou performance, which won him and Aliona a perfect score.
"Everyone still talks about it."
It came after Stacey admitted on the show that she would get incredibly jealous if she ever saw Kevin touching a woman lovingly, after spending time with a polyamorous family for her upcoming new documentary series.
"I think it works for them, I don't think it's a front," she said of her subjects.
"Could I? Not in a million years! I'd be terrible, I'd be sliding down the walls. No, just the one for me."
