Selling Tampa is taking Selling Sunset fans away from California and over to Florida for the first Netflix spin-off. The Oppenheim Group will be taking a backseat this time, as it will instead follow Allure Realty, a real estate agency that boats an all-female and minority ethnic team. Leading them is Sharelle Rosado, and Express.co.uk has all the details on the broker.

Who is Selling Tampa’s Sharelle Rosado?

Sharelle Rosado, 34, will introduce viewers to the famed city of Tampa Bay in Florida, showcasing the very best properties it has to offer.

Similar to Selling Sunset, the show will follow Allure Realty as it shifts some of the most glamorous estates in the area.

While the series is comprised of an ensemble cast of talented brokers, Rosado is set to be the breakout star of the programme as she leads her team through some difficult deals.

Speaking to Netflix, Rosado said: “Viewers are going to see powerful minority women stepping into luxury real estate.

“This shows anyone as long as you work hard and no matter what, you can do it.”

Rosado’s career began where some viewers might not expect, as she only made the transition to real estate in 2017.

Before that, she served in the military for over 12 years, joining the army as an Executive Administrative Assistant in 2007.

She was deployed to Afghanistan twice and medically retired from the military before moving into real estate.

Between 2013 and 2017, Rosado briefly worked in HR, spending a short time at Remax Bayside as a Licensed Realtor ahead of setting up her own company.

Is Sharelle Rosado married?

Rosado keeps most of her family life private on social media but does give fans an occasional update on her private life.

She is engaged to former NFL player Chad Ochocinco Johnson who has seven children to six different women.

Rosado also has at least one child from a previous relationship, with the pair recently expecting a baby girl.

The couple made their baby announcement earlier this year, with Rosado seen heavily pregnant in the trailers for Selling Tampa.

On Instagram, Rosado wrote: “It’s with full hearts, a ton of joy, and love to reveal… We’re expecting!

“It’s been so hard keeping this a secret but I’m excited to finally share the news with all of you! We’re so blessed to have such amazing people in our lives and in our hearts.

“Looking forward to a future of fun, love, and adventure.”

It has not been confirmed it Rosado has given birth yet, though fans will get more details on the pregnancy in Selling Tampa.

After owning her own real estate business for over four years, Rosado’s celebrity status has skyrocketed due to the Netflix series.

She was already well-known in her home city, as she needs to stay well connected with the elite there.

Most of the show will be focusing on Rosado’s business and career, though it wouldn’t be a Selling Sunset spin-off without some personal drama.

Netflix has not confirmed if Rosado’s fiancé, Johnson, will appear, but viewers should expect to learn more about the broker’s family life.

Selling Tampa will premiere on December 15 exclusively on Netflix.
