Scooter Braun files for divorce from wife Yael after seven years of marriage following RHOBH's Erika Jayne affair rumors

SCOOTER Braun has filed for divorce from his wife Yael after about seven years of marriage following the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills's Erika Jayne affair rumors.

Scott “Scooter” Braun, 40, and Yael Cohen, 34, have filed for divorce, according to TMZ.

In the paperwork for the divorce filing, Scooter has asked for joint custody of their three kids: Jagger Joseph, Levi Magnus, and Hart Violet.

The renowned music executive has agreed to pay his former partner for spousal support.

The two will be dividing their assets based on their prenup.

Sources have told TMZ that their split appeared to be amicable.

The former couple tied the knot back in 2014.

Scooter had reportedly separated from Yael back in early July.

There were claims that he was having "an affair with RHOBH star Erika Jayne."

The former couple were allegedly taking a break from their seven-year marriage.

A source told PEOPLE: "Their friendship is the best it's ever been but they're taking some time apart to sort things out and focus on the kids.

A second insider claimed: "So many couples went through this during the pandemic.

"They love each other and just need some time apart and will hopefully bounce back for their kids."

On a recent episode of the Bravo show, Erika dismissed the rumored reports that she "was seeing my old Dancing With the Stars partner [Gleb Savchenko], and then I was seeing Scooter Braun."

Speaking about the claims, the reality star clapped back: "I haven't seen either one of them in four-and-a-half, five years."
