S Clubs Jo OMeara opens up on surgery as painful injury leaves her in agony
Former S Club 7 star Jo O'Meara took to the Loose Women panel to share her experience with chronic back pain.
Speaking to hosts Ruth Langsford, Linda Robson, Janet Street-Porter and Frankie Bridge, Jo admitted that she was told she might not be able to dance again.
"They told me I might not dance properly again after chronic back pain," Jo explained.
She added: "They found a blood clot too so it's good that I had the surgery when I did."
Jo had recently said that her chronic back pain had made her feel like she'd "been shot." She spent eight days at Queen’s Hospital in Romford, where surgeons removed part of a disc in her back.
