Phillip Schofield was forced to apologise during Monday's Halloween special of This Morning after Holly Willoughby accidentally swore.
During the latest instalment, Holly, 41, and co-host Phillip, 60, underwent Addams Family transformations.
And later during the spooky-themed show, the two presenters took part in a game of Guess the Gadget.
However, as the game got intense, Holly accidentally swore as she exclaimed: "Oh s**t!"
As Holly tried to guess the gadget, she said: "Ooh it's electric, okay, I don't know what that does…" before adding: "I know what that is!"
But as the timer ran out, Holly accidentally exclaimed: "Oh s**t!" before covering her mouth in shock.
She quickly added: "Sorry, sorry, sorry! Something might have just slipped out, I'm so sorry!"
To which an amused Phillip replied: 'I'm so sorry, I think Holly Willoughby may have just sworn and for that I can only apologise."
With Holly joking: "It wasn't Holly, it was Wednesday!"
While Phillip added: "Wash your mouth out with soap!"
Elsewhere during the show, Holly was left screaming as a guest's ghost fiancé caused chaos on the ITV set.
During the latest instalment, Holly and co-host Phillip caught up with guest Brocarde.
Brocarde previously appeared on the ITV chatshow to reveal she was in love with her boyfriend, Edwardo, who is a ghost.
And during Monday's episode, Brocarde was back in the studio to reveal she was set to marry Edwardo later that day on Halloween.
However, Holly and Phillip got more than they bargained for when Edwardo apparently made an appearance in the studio.
During the chat, Brocarde suddenly gasped as her black headband fell off her head as Holly was left terrified.
Holly screamed: "What?! What, what, what, what, what is it?" as she hid behind a pillow in fear.
To which Brocarde revealed: "He's here" as Phillip replied: "Well I should hope so, it's your wedding day!"
Holly then shrieked: "Where is he? What's happening?" as Brocarde pointed to their sofa, saying: "Can't you see him?"
To which Phillip replied: "No, definitely not!" before he went into his Uncle Fester character, adding: "Definitely not here and you'd think I would be able to see him…"
With Brocarde bluntly replying: "He doesn't like you!" as Phillip responded: "He doesn't like me? No, well, that's fair enough."
Brocarde added: "I'm sorry, he's a bit rude…." to which Phillip quipped: "Don't worry, I'm not marrying him!"
