She is the real-life daughter of Andie MacDowell, who plays her on-screen mother Paula in the series.

Sean – Nick Robinson

He is played by Nick Robinson, a 26-year-old American actor who took on lead roles in Love, Simon and A Teacher.

The star is on Instagram and he has been sharing behind the scenes photos from filming.

He said: “Finally home after 8 months. A very happy belated wrap and big love to my Maid crew. Can’t wait for you all to see it.” [Sic]

Fans went on to say how they were “so excited” to watch the star in action in his latest venture.

Speaking about the on-screen mother and daughter relationship, the actress told TV Insider: “My mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia right after I was born.
