Lorraine viewers in meltdown as ‘unrecognisable’ Dani Behr appears on ITV show

Iconic singer Dani Behr appeared on ITV daytime show Lorraine on Friday morning to discuss her career as a real estate agent in America.

As a video clip of the 50-year-old actress discussing her role aired, viewers watching at home rushed to their keyboards to talk about her "unrecognisable" appearance.

Taking to Twitter, one fan gushed: "OMG Dani Behr on Lorraine is so flipping gorgeous. I've always loved that woman, so beautiful."

Another added: "Dani Behr, what a blast from the past."

A third person posted: "I would never have known that was Dani Behr until it came up. Unrecognisable."

While a fourth viewer wrote: "Dani Behr doesn’t even look like Dani Behr anymore?"

Dani appeared on Lorraine Kelly's show last year and the Scottish presenter compared her career to hit Netflix series Selling Sunset.

The blonde bombshell said at the time: "The houses are the same and the locations are the same, but the drama is more with the clients, I don't know any officers who clash like that.

"The problem with real estate is it's a feast or famine industry, it's literally you make a commission or you get nothing.

"If you don't sell a house for a year, you don't get paid for a year."

Dani, who is a regular face on reality realtor show Million Dollar Listing LA, previously said that while the commission is higher in the States than the UK, she doesn’t earn a salary, so there have still been some scary times financially.

Speaking on White Wine Question Time, she told Kate Thornton: “Some years you do OK and others you're like, 'What am I going to do?' – especially if the market dies here.

"If you do big here, you do big because the commissions are higher.

"Last year, I showed eight different buyers properties for nine months and they all decided not to buy in the end, so I worked for free essentially for nine months.

She continued: "Then you can just work with one person, show them one day and they go, 'Let's buy it,' and that's just one day's work. It's brutal, so that's why there's only like a handful of people that really survive in it."

Dani catapulted to fame in Grange Hill, and later turned to presenting as she hosted on Channel 4 music show The Word for five years.

She also appeared on The Big Breakfast, The Saturday Show and hosted radio shows for Kiss 100.

Lorraine continues weekdays at 9am on ITV
