Leah goes missing in Hollyoaks and Trish is to blame

Leah Barne’ (Ela-May Demircan) disappears in Hollyoaks next week, leaving her nearest and dearest incredibly concerned.

Viewers will know that Leah has been pushing herself extremely hard, in order to impress harsh dance teacher Trish Minniver (Denise Welch).

Next week, Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) decides to visit his aunt, and therefore he leaves Sid Sumner (Billy Price) in charge of babysitting duties.

Leah, meanwhile, continues to push herself, as she practices for the upcoming dance competition.

However, tragedy soon strikes, as she falls and injures her foot!

There is devastation aplenty for Leah, as she discovers that she’s fractured her ankle.

Sid decides to signs her up for the summer’s Game Of Assasins charity game, but Leah’s got more important things on her mind, as in spite of advice on the matter from Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) she decides to withhold word of her injury from Trish!

In fact, Leah tells Trish that she can still compete in the dance competition!

But the young girl struggles, and fumbles her dance routine. Trish, fed up, devises a plan to leave her behind.

The wicked dance teacher instructs Leah to take a break to catch her assassins target, which she claims she spotted in the woods.

Leah sets off on her mission, but little does she know that the team have left without her!

Sid soon realises that Leah is missing, after he receives a text from Scott Drinkwell (Ross Adams) that doesn’t add up.

The question is: will Leah be found?

Trish, meanwhile, is in hot water for neglecting to look after the missing child, but she soon manages to spin the narrative in her favour!
