Emmerdale's Mackenzie tells Aaron he 'gets' him – and makes him a surprise offer

Emmerdale’s Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) made Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) a tantalising offer tonight (May 11), telling him he’ll do whatever it is that he wants.

Of course, such an offer came with a condition: Aaron has to keep quiet about him having stolen Brenda Walker’s (Lesley Dunlop) brooch.

Aaron found himself hospitalised after he retrieved the brooch from Mack’s bag, and returned it to Eric Pollard’s (Chris Chittell) home.

Eric, however, caught sight of him and lashed out – attacking him with a bat.

Aaron was subsequently taken to the hospital, where he was checked over to see if there was any lasting damage.

Mack – desperate for an update – paid him a visit, and subsequently asking him to keep quiet about his involvement in all of this when the police question him.

‘You get me, Aaron,’ he said softly. ‘You know you do.

And with that, Mackenzie made him a surprise offer.

‘Keep my name out of this,’ he said, ‘and whatever you want, I’ll do it.’

Aaron thought long and hard about Mackenzie’s proposal, and ultimately he accepted, as he refrained from mentioning the young man’s name to the police.

The question is: just what does Aaron want from the Mackenzie? And will Mackenzie fulfil his wish?

Emmerdale continues Wednesday May 12 at 7pm on ITV.
