Emmerdale Vanessa ‘set to die’ as Chas Dingle drops ominous foreshadowing

Emmerdale 's Vanessa Woodfield has recently discovered that she has got stage three bowel cancer, and needs to have chemotherapy to get rid of it.

The Emmerdale cast member looked very ill last night as she showed signs of pain while talking to her friend Rhona Goskirk, but refused to say anything.

While in the Woolpack, Vanessa came under fire from Chas as she told Charity off for her dodgy actions earlier this year, which saw her rob Graham before he died.

Chas told her: "No wonder Vanessa looks so ill," worrying fans as she doesn't know anything about Vanessa's illness.

One fan posted their concern on social media, writing: "Does anyone else think Vanessa will die on Christmas Day?"

Meanwhile, Kim Tate (Claire King) was horrified when she was arrested at the end of tonight's episode for conspiring to murder her husband Graham Foster.

Kim had previously confessed her crime to Andrea and Jamie Tate, and Rhona Goskirk was later told by Andrea about what Kim had done.

She also passed on the news to Marlon Dingle, who spent weeks in prison for murdering Graham, despite it being Pierce Harris who did it.
