What happened at the end of Elite season four?

Staying true to form, there was a new love triangle at the centre of Elite season four.

New student at Las Encinas, Ari Commerford wasted no time when it came to getting to know her fellow students.

Daughter of the school’s principal, she initially set her sights on Guzman Nunier in the first half of the new season.

However, his on-again, off-again long-distance girlfriend Nadia Shana (Mina El Bernardeau) took him off the table for Ari.

It didn’t take her long to move to someone else though with her and Samuel Garcia (Itzan Escamilla) hitting it off right away.

To complicate things further, Guzman ended up putting his relationship with Nadia on ice, freeing him up to explore a relationship with Ari.

It was too late though, as she and Samuel were already an item tat this point.

Everything comes to blows when Guzman discovers that Ari and Samuel have been sleeping together behind his back, with Ari being unable to choose between the two.

Did Guzman attack Ari?

No, however, Ari’s night gets more than a little heated.

During a New Year’s Eve party, Ari texts someone to meet her at the pier because she can’t decide who she should be with.

After having several drinks, she spots her sister Mencia (Martina Cariddi) having an argument with Armando (Andrés Velencoso).

Guzman then appears and chases Armando following Ari’s request, however, he ends up murdering Armando during his pursuit.

Ari then drunkenly falls into the water, why Guzman and Samuel are dumping the body only for her to end up in the hospital later.

Guzman is suspected of having attacked her however he manages to get away from the police and Ari before she knows what he has done.

Ari pursues her relationship with Samuel after Guzman tells her to, he is last seen travelling away from the town.

The series ends on a major cliffhanger for season five, with the next season expected to drop in the summer of 2022.
