Amanda Holden says shes team David after claim he quit BGT over comment leak
Radio presenter and Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden told Good Morning Britain that she's "team David" and would love to see the judging panel "look how it looked before".
Speaking at the Variety Club Showbusiness Awards 2022, Amanda said: "I would like to see the judging panel look how it looked before. I think we're all a great team, we're a family."
Then, when she was asked whether she was team David, she wholeheartedly agreed: "Of course I'm team David."

Amanda backed her fellow judge and comedian David Walliams after vile comments he'd made during a show at the London Palladium revealed he'd called an elderly contestant the C-word three times.
Speaking about another female contestant, the transcript of the audio leaked to the Guardian reported that David was heard saying: "She’s like the slightly boring girl you meet in the pub that thinks you want to f*** them but you don’t."
The slurs were picked up by a microphone used to record chats between the Little Britain star and his fellow judges Amanda, Simon Cowell and Alesha Dixon during a show in 2020.
David released a statement in response to the leaked remarks and apologised for the comments made.
"I'd like to apologise to the people I made disrespectful comments about during breaks in filming for Britain’s Got Talent in 2020," he said.
The statement continued: "These were private conversations and – like most conversations with friends – were never intended to be shared. Nevertheless, I am sorry."
Fellow judge Simon Cowell gave an admittedly political answer in response to the situation, having avoided answering questions about it until now.
He said: "I think for me, the most important thing – and I had this conversation the other day. It’s always about the talent. If you don’t have great talent, you don’t have a show, that's all I care about."
