Weather girl Lucy Verasamy wows in sheer sparkly top in festive weather snap

Good Morning Britain star Lucy Verasamy couldn't wait to welcome in the festive period.

The 41-year-old ITV weather girl dazzled her loyal legion of Instagram followers with a striking snap shared to her story.

Looking ready for the Christmas season ahead, she wore a glitzy see-through button down shirt that demanded attention.

The bombshell teamed her look with a black vest-top that was nestled underneath the sheer and dotted material, showing off her toned figure.

In the snap, it appeared as though the cold weather had reached us as fake snow began to fall around the TV starlet.

Captioning the image, Lucy simply wrote: "Festive season," while tagging a sustainable online fashion vender Preloved London.

The meteorologist had recently taken a break from social media after she'd finished filming with TV chef Chris Baber.

Lucy and Chris had teamed up with Marks & Spencer to visit local farmers around the UK – in hope of advertising the very best British produce.

Her last Instagram post that was shared on her grid saw her team up with rival weather presenter Tomasz Schafernaker, with the duo attending the The Attitude awards together.

Again Lucy opted for further eco-fashion, wearing a stunning oversized Versace blazer and little black dress combination.

While Tomasz looked rather dapper in a traditional tuxedo, silk bowtie and yellow trainers – as he smiled for a number of selfies with Lucy at his side.

Comments flooded in beneath the post with many of Lucy's followers commenting on her evening attire.

One person wrote: "Tow of my favourite faces. Love you both."

Another penned: "Looking fabulous Miss V," followed by an eye-popping emoji, while a third person commented: "Lucy you look amazing."

In the past, speculation had surfaced to suggest that the two meteorologists had been secretly dating.

However Tomasz put to bed any rumours after he declared in a previous interview that he was still very much "single".

Speaking with the Guardian in 2017, he said: "I'm single. I'm probably difficult to date, because I'm stubborn, with a million and one interests, and work unsociable hours.

"You know what – all that's an excuse. I'm quite happy being by myself."
