Kanye West has sent the internet into meltdown after returning to Instagram after two years.

The rapper returned by sharing a series of images of himself wearing gold chains and dark clothing.

The 44-year-old then shared a snippet of his latest track and music video starring athlete Sha'Carri Richardson.

The advert for Beats Studio Buds included his new song No Child Left Behind and featured the professional athlete who made headlines after missing out on the Olympics following a failed drug test for marijuana.

While there was some hope she would still be able to compete in the Olympics as part of the 4×100 relay team, a roster released by USA Track and Field earlier this month left off the athlete.

The video shows the 21-year-old working up a sweat as Kanye sings: “He’s done miracles on me.”

Text then appeared onscreen that read: “Live Your Truth.

“DONDA Listening Event. Livestream on Apple Music. Thursday at 8PM ET.”

The video concluded by promoting Beats by Dre.

Kanye's return comes days before he expected to release his tenth album, Donda, named after his late mother.
