Stacey Solomon has taken to Instagram to show off her totally brand new makeover of her baby son Rex’s bedroom for just £917.
The 31-year-old has kept her fans updated with her home renovations of her new £1.2 million ‘pickle cottage’ in Essex which she recently moved into with fiancé Joe Swash.
The mum-of-three has finally completed her youngest son’s bedroom and showed her followers exactly what she had done and bought so that they could take inspiration from the room and copy it for themselves.
Stacey first painted the room with white paint to brighten it up and then created a feature wall with some £19.99 grey paint and some Amazon stickers that were only £9.99.
She brought the space to life with the help of a panda wall shelf for £16.99 and some LED infinity tunnel star shaped lights from Pohove at £9.99 which she said Rex was already in love with.
The DIY queen even sanded down the floor itself with help from her trusty sander ‘Sandy’ which she loaned for just £35.
She added wall decor to make the room fun and child friendly, putting up framed prints from Mutha Maker for around £6.50 each and adding some Zebra wall heads from Dunelm at a steal of only £8 each.

Stacey also cleverly created a stretch of wall that could be used for Rex to draw on, by simply painting it with some Amazon bought chalk paint for just £9 and adding a boarder with some leftover wood.
She also added another drawing station with drawers labelled for all of Rex’s toys and a £7 paper roll from IKEA.
Rex will get to sleep in his Mi Zone Wooden Day Bed from Benson for Beds priced at £399.00 under his La Redoute bedding priced at around £45.

The biggest project Stacey undertook was totally transforming her son’s wardrobe using grey paint at £19.99 to spruce it up, replacing the handles with Panda shaped ones from Fenwick at £3.99 each and finishing it off with some £16.99 wall stickers from Amazon.
She finished the room off with some soft furnishings including a black and white Boho rug adorned with tassels and wicker basket for £77 and £24 respectively.
The final touch she added was three stuffed pandas which sent fans into hysterics when her son noticed something funny about their placement on the wall.

Stacey arranged the pandas diagonally all holding onto each other in a life, but Leighton soon pointed out that they were holding each other’s bums.
Stacey soon fixed that by painting a balloon above the pandas, saying: “My sister dropped a little label around this morning on her way to the school run and it motivated me while pickle is sleeping to do this.
"Sooo many of you messaged me to say if you paint a balloon at the top of the pandas it'll look better, so I took your advice.”
She then added a sticker that read: “The best thing to hold onto in life is each other!”
Finishing the process was clearly quite emotional for the star as she admitted: "Not me sitting here crying at a wall!”
She also joked at expense: “The best thing in life to hold onto is each other… And bums, don't forget bums!”
Stacey was clearly very proud of the effort she had made and she wrote: “Rex’s Room – Done. FINALLY… I’m so proud of this little room. I hope you make so many memories and happy thoughts in here pickle.
“You and all of your favourite pandas. Rex and me have worked so hard in here to try and make him a special space and we are so so proud of it!
"It’s the first bedroom we could complete because it didn’t need any building, electrics or wardrobes fitted so we just painted and jazzed up what was in there already.
"I love it so so much and I can not wait to watch you grow up in here little one, just not too quickly please.”
