Ant McPartlin treats hungover guests to spa day after lavish £200k wedding

It has been reported that newlywed Ant McPartlin has treated his hungover guests to spa day after his lavish countryside wedding over the weekend.

On Saturday (August 7) Ant McPartlin got wed to his blushing bride Anne-Marie Corbett, in front of around 150+ guests.

The guest list was star-studded and featured the likes of Philip Schofield, Stephen Mulhern, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Cat Deeley – among many more.

The Sun have reported that Ant footed the bill for his hungover guests to enjoy spa treatments after their nighttime party, which caused Christine Lampard to loose her voice, when she appeared on Monday's episode of Lorraine.

The paper alleged that the spa treatments that the couple treated their guests to included a very special “spiritual healing” Reiki treatment as well as full-body massages.

Not only did they spend a massive £100,000 on putting them up in luxury accommodation, which boasted of having room service, £180 massages lasting 90 minutes plus £100 manicures and pedicures thrown in.

He also covered £125 Reiki sessions, which involve therapists “channelling” energy into their clients.

The Sun reported that a worker at the Little Bothy spa at Heckfield Place, near Hook, Hants, said yesterday: “We’re fully booked with treatments all day with no space for anyone else.”

The bridal suite for the happy couple apparently set them back £5,000 for the night, which bumps the total price for the lavish wedding up to an estimated figure around £200K!

The £200,000 price point includes little luxuries like champagne, catering, dresses, flowers, Rolls Royce rental, church hire, and entertainment.

Heckfield Place, the lavish luxury hotel and venue has private walled gardens, ancient woodlands and a stunning lake.

The lavish get-together really celebrated the couple, who have been together since 2018, in style.

Ant and his new wife Anne-Marie became engaged when he proposed to her on Christmas Eve last year, in 2020.

The couple got together following Ant's divorce from first wife Lisa Armstrong, after being married for 11 years.

The newlyweds became close during Ant's well-publicised struggles.

Anne-Marie was his "rock" when Ant endured a prescription drug problem following complications with knee surgery.
