How can I do the Taylor Swift treadmill strut workout?

You'll need a treadmill (although movement is the main goal here, so you can technically strut anywhere), and the following playlist.

It's important to make sure that the playlist is in this exact order, and that you don't shuffle or skip any of the songs.

Next to each song, you'll see the recommended speed listed, but keep in mind that this is just a recommendation.
