Robyn Dixon admits there was some truth to the rumors alleging that her husband, Juan Dixon, cheated on her during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“What I will say is, yes, Juan was an idiot and communicated with this woman on Instagram, the “Real Housewives of Potomac” star said on Monday’s episode of her “Reasonably Shady” podcast with Gizelle Bryant.
“Because he’s bored, he needs attention, it’s a pandemic, blah, blah, blah, whatever.”
Robyn addressed a viral TikTok video where a woman messaged influencer @georgiosays and claimed she “dated [Juan] during the end of COVID for over a year.”
The woman also sent a hotel receipt with Juan’s name on it and an alleged screenshot of a text message from him.
“They did not date. He did not fly her anywhere, and there is a reason why his name is on a hotel receipt,” Robyn explained, noting that she’d go into more detail about why his name was on the receipt on Patreon, their podcast’s paid subscription service.
“I’m like, ‘This is ridiculous,’ so that was kind of comical to me,” Robyn recalled. “I expected to talk about it on Season 7.”
Robyn also called Huger’s claims “dangerous” on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast episode last week.
The reality star concluded the conversation by emphasizing that the situation was definitely something she and Juan “had to work through,” and that “maybe that’s why the wedding didn’t happen when y’all wanted it to.”
However, Page Six confirmed that the wedding did eventually happen. The two got married in an intimate ceremony that will be shown on the Season 7 finale.
Robyn and Juan’s relationship has been a hot topic of conversation among the “RHOP” cast for years. The couple — who share sons Corey, 14, and Carter, 13 — tied the knot for the first time in July 2005 after being high school sweethearts. They divorced in 2012, but they never totally called it quits, since they continued living together as a family.
They eventually reconnected and Juan proposed to Robyn in front of Bravo cameras in December 2019.
“The Real Housewives of Potomac” airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
