One-bed flat on sale for bargain price of just £19k – but wait until you see inside

A ONE-bed flat has hit the market for the bargain price of just £19,000.

While it may seem like an absolute steal, wait until you see inside.

The ground floor apartment located in a popular residential area near Greenock town centre is described as an "outstanding investment."

The home features a large double bedroom and bathroom with a full suite as well as a lounge with a fitted kitchen area.

But potential buyers are in for a surprise as every room in the property is covered in mounds of rubbish.

In promotional photos on Zoopla, the messy flat appears not to have a clean surface.

Despite appearing normal on the exterior, the living room is cluttered with rubbish, clothes, children's toys and even takeout boxes, covering the floor.

Meanwhile, the kitchen is in no better condition with clothes, old magazines and plastic bags scattered all over the place.

While the bathroom does not seem so bad, it looks like it needs a deep clean as mould can be seen starting to grow on the walls.

The listing describes it as an "outstanding investment or first time purchase"and states it "requires a degree of refurbishment."
