Cleaning star Mrs Hinch, AKA Sophie HInchliffe, shares many tips and tricks to her Instagram page on how to keep a tidy home.
The Essex-based mum treats her 3.6 million followers to different methods for cleaning that hard to shift grim or pesky stains, and watching her videos is strangely therapeutic.
The cleanfluencer’s latest hack is no exception, as she took to her Stories to share how to clean her shower plug.

Speaking to her fans the star said: “Sat in the shower guys and my plug doesn’t look bad like this…But lift off the cap and look.
“Remember not everything on insta is at clean as it looks…I need to clean this. It’s been on my mind of about a week.”
Mrs Hinch then set about cleaning the offending item and in her true pro-like fashion it took her a matter of minutes.

The 30 year old then took the plug hole apart and explained: “I’m going to use astonish and mould mildew! It’s so good but so strong!
“Keep a window open! I’m also going to use my sonic scrubber!”
She captioned the footage, writing: “Yes call me mad… But I enjoy cleaning stuff like this so let’s get it done….” alongside a laughing face emoji.
Astonish & Mildrew spray is a favourite of the star’s sprays and it is entirely vegan, which is bonus. You can buy it on Amazon for £4.50.
Mrs Hinch then scrubbed the grime away with her SonicScrubber tool, which is on sale for £18.99 on Amazon.
Finishing the process, Mrs Hinch wrote: “The satisfaction,” alongside a heart-eyed emoji.
She then wrote: “I might just sit in here and stare at my plug until Ronnie wakes up,” alongside a laughing face emoji.
She then shared her before and after pic, where the plughole looked as good as new, and captioned it: “Soo much better!! I’m so pleased.”
And why wouldn’t she be? It looks as good as new… we are off to examine if our plugs might also need a clean!
