Lindsey Vonn kicked off New York Fashion Week in a fully sheer look.
The 34-year-old Olympian attended Vanity Fair’s 2019 Best Dressed List event held at L’Avenue at Saks in New York City on Thursday, wearing a black see-through crop top with a mock turtleneck and an all-over star motif.
She paired her barely-there top with matching transparent high-waisted trousers featuring the same star print worn over black high-rise briefs.
The four-time World Cup champion kept her accessories simple, adding a pair of black pumps, a silver watch and her large emerald engagement ring, of course.
Vonn got engaged to New Jersey Devils star P.K. Subban at the end of August.
Subban told Vogue he picked his fiancée’s emerald from XIV Karats both because it’s his birthstone and green is Vonn’s favorite color.
“I got the ring and said you know what I’m just going to do it home,” he explained. “Everything kind of came together on that day. Everyone says the stars aligned — well, it was actually a full moon.”
