Lidl is selling pillows and duvets that help you keep cool at night as Britain faces 34 degree scorcher – and prices start from £6

LIDL has launched bedding with special cooling technology to keep you chilled at night – and the prices start from £6.

The discount supermarket is selling pillows and duvets, which have been designed with special fabric to help regulate the temperature of your body.

It comes as Britain may see the hottest June day for 44 years this week.

Lidl's cooling bedding consists of two pillows and one duvet with the special fabric, which is called TopCool.

One pillow is 50cm by 80cm and costs £6.99.

The other is a neck pillow, which relaxes your neck, shoulder and back muscles and encourages a better sleep posture, which Lidl says is ideal for people who sleep on their back or side.

That pillow is £7.99.

And the duvet, which has a tog rating of 3.5, costs £9.99 for a single duvet, £12.99 for a double and £14.99 for a king.

The store also has another pillow, which gives you the option of staying warm or cool depending on which season it is.

The cooling half has top layer with cooling fabric on it, while the other side has a cosy fabric to keep you warm.

The supermarket isn't selling the products online, so you'll need to head to your nearest Lidl to pick up the bedding.

You can find your nearest one using the store locator tool.

Lidl's not the only store to sell bedding that helps improve your temperature.

Aldi is selling a pack of two climate control pillows, which contain fibre technology to keep you cool at night.

The pillows cost £5.99 for two but they're currently sold out online, so you would need to check your local Aldi branch using the store locator tool to see if they're in stock.

The supermarket also has duvets ranging from £9.99 to £15.99 depending on which size you want to buy.

They are also sold out online, so you need to check in store.

Asda also sells a cooling duvet, which starts from £7 depending on which size you get.

It also has cooling pillows on offer for £12.

Meanwhile, Home Bargains is selling a bed cooling mat.

And B&M’s cooling mats for cats and dogs are back once again.
